Exchanges & Returns
Thank you for your shopping support! If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, we provide a convenient return and exchange service. Please read the following policies to ensure a smooth return and exchange.
1. Return Policy
We accept return requests within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
Personal care products (such as earrings, underwear, etc.)
Customized products
Promotional or discounted products (unless the product has quality problems)
2. Return process
Contact customer service to submit a return request (please provide the order number and reason for return).
After receiving confirmation, send the product back to the designated address.
After we receive the return and inspect it, we will process the refund within 5-7 working days.
The refund will be returned to your payment account by the original route.
Please note that the return shipping fee is borne by the buyer unless the product has quality problems or the wrong product is sent.
3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are limited to different colors or sizes of the same product.
If the exchanged product is sold out, we will provide a full refund or a voucher of equal value.
The exchange process is similar to the return process, and the shipping policy is the same as above.
4. Refund Time
The refund will be processed within 5-7 working days after confirmation of receipt.
The time it takes for the refund to arrive depends on your payment method and bank policy.
